Reports for this section are used for SBN (Shipped by Newegg) management only. If you are not currently using SBN service and interested about learning more, click here.

How-To:


View Replacement Reports

In this report you can check any of your SBN items with RMA.

How-To:

  1. Newegg Seller Portal > Other Reports > Replacement Reports (SBN Management Only)
  2. Select any relevant options to narrow search or leave at default as seen on screenshot. Click SEARCH to view list.
  3. Click icon to export listing to a Microsoft Excel file.

Note: Newegg Seller Portal will not allow you to export if more than 5000 items are in report, please narrow search to shorten report or contact Newegg Integration team at datafeeds@newegg.com if all items are required in report.

View Daily Inventory History

In this report you will see a daily inventory snapshot and history of your SBN items. This will help you track inventory of your SBN items.

How-To:

  1. Newegg Seller Portal > Other Reports > Daily Inventory History (SBN Management Only)
  2. Select any relevant options to narrow search or leave at default as seen on screenshot. Click SEARCH to view list.
  3. Click icon to export listing to a Microsoft Excel file.

Note: Newegg Seller Portal will not allow you to export if more than 5000 items are in report, please narrow search to shorten report or contact Newegg Integration team at datafeeds@newegg.com if all items are required in report.

View Received History

In this report, you will be able to track the Newegg warehouse receiving history of your SBN items.

How-To:

  1. Newegg Seller Portal > Other Reports > Received History (SBN Management Only)
  2. Select any relevant options to narrow search or leave at default as seen on screenshot. Click SEARCH to view list.
  3. Click icon to export listing to a Microsoft Excel file.

View Newegg Return Service Reports

In this report, you can review how many returns are received by Newegg RMA warehouse. In addition, view how many items are transferred back to inventory for re-sell (SBN only), how many items are returned to seller, and how many items are disposed. Please take note of fields in this report below.

Received Date – Newegg facility received RMA package back from customer.

Original Order# – The original Newegg order # for your reference. You may review the order details via Manage Order.

Original Return# – The original Return (RMA) # Newegg generated. You may reference the RMA details via Return List.

Process Date – The date of returned items processed by Newegg facility based on different type of process.

Type of Process:

  • Return to Seller – Item(s) are returned to seller.
  • Inventory Transfer (SBN Only) – If the item(s) from RMA is un-opened, Newegg facility will transfer it back to warehouse for re-sell.This option is only available for SBN (Shipped by Newegg) items.
  • Disposal – items in Newegg facility will be destroyed by seller’s request.

Process ID – The processing reference # for Newegg facility returning items to seller.

  2. Select any relevant options to narrow search or leave at default as seen on screenshot. Click SEARCH to view list.
  3. Click icon to export listing to a Microsoft Excel file.
